ZiggyRides is a service operated by ZiggyZooms LLP ("ZiggyZooms," "we," "our," or "us"), based in Bowling Green, Ohio, United States.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZiggyRides mobile application and related services (the "App" or "Service"). These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy, which together form a single binding agreement.
By downloading, accessing, or using ZiggyRides, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZiggyRides. Users under 18 may only use the Service with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Your use of ZiggyRides constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities:
Failure to pay for rides or repeated "No Call / No Show" incidents may result in suspension or termination of your ability to book future rides.
Payments are processed through third-party services, including Square. ZiggyZooms does not store or process payment card information and is not responsible for errors, delays, or security issues caused by third-party payment providers.
ZiggyRides may integrate with or link to third-party services.
ZiggyZooms does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
By creating an account, providing your contact information, or using our services, you agree that we may communicate with you via text message (SMS), push notifications, or similar messaging technologies.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ZiggyZooms is not responsible for any charges incurred by receiving messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message (such as replying “STOP”) or by adjusting your account settings where available. Push notifications can be disabled through your device or browser settings.
Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you essential transactional or service-related messages where permitted by law.
All trademarks, logos, content, software, and materials within ZiggyRides are owned by ZiggyZooms or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
If the App allows you to submit or upload content, you grant ZiggyZooms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.
ZiggyZooms collects only the data necessary to operate the Service. We do not collect or sell personal data for marketing purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZiggyRides at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to meet payment obligations, or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ends.
ZiggyRides is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiggyZooms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZiggyZooms and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in, or nearest to, Bowling Green, Ohio.
These Terms alongside the Privacy Policy found at https://ziggyzooms.com/privacy-policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZiggyZooms regarding ZiggyRides and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
